Day by Day

Day 1: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest
Arrive at Entebbe International Airport or your designated pickup point in Kampala. Meet your guide and embark on a scenic drive to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. Enjoy the picturesque landscapes and local villages along the way. Check in at your chosen accommodation upon arrival. Relax and acclimate to the surroundings. Dinner and overnight stay in Entebbe or Kampala.
Day 2: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi
Have an early morning breakfast at the lodge. Transfer to the park headquarters for a briefing on gorilla trekking guidelines. Embark on an exhilarating gorilla trekking adventure in Bwindi. Spend a magical hour observing and photographing the mountain gorillas. Return to the lodge for lunch and leisure time. Optionally, engage in a community walk or cultural experience. Dinner and another overnight stay in Bwindi.
Day 3: Transfer to Kibale Forest National Park
After breakfast, drive to Kibale Forest National Park. Enjoy the scenic journey through the countryside. Arrive at your chosen accommodation and check in. Have lunch and explore the Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary for birdwatching. Dinner and overnight stay near Kibale Forest.
Day 4: Chimpanzee Trekking in Kibale
Early morning breakfast at the lodge. Head to Kibale Forest for an exciting chimpanzee trekking experience. Encounter various primates and other wildlife during the trek. After the trek, enjoy lunch and leisure time. Optionally, visit a local community or relax at the lodge. Dinner and another overnight stay near Kibale Forest.
Day 5: Kibale to Kampala/Entebbe
After breakfast, check out and drive back to Kampala or Entebbe. En route, stop for lunch and enjoy the scenic views. Depending on your departure schedule, visit a local market or craft shop. Arrive in Kampala or Entebbe in the evening. Conclude your 5-day Uganda Gorilla and Chimpanzee Trekking adventure.
