Day by Day

Day 1: Nairobi to Samburu
You will be picked up from the airport or your Nairobi Hotel by a designated Nala Tours and Travel driver/guide. Depart from Nairobi in the morning and drive to Samburu National Reserve (approximately 6-7 hours). Arrive at Samburu and check in at your chosen accommodation. Afternoon game drive in Samburu to encounter unique wildlife species. Dinner and overnight stay at Samburu.
Day 2: Full Day in Samburu
Embark on a full day of game drives in Samburu. Explore the reserve's distinct landscapes and witness the special "Samburu Five" – unique wildlife species to this region. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the heart of the reserve. Return to your accommodation for dinner and relaxation.
Day 3: Samburu to Aberdare National Park
Depart from Samburu after breakfast and drive to Aberdare National Park (approximately 4-5 hours). Arrive at Aberdare and check in at your chosen accommodation. Afternoon game viewing from your lodge with the possibility of seeing elephants, buffaloes, and other wildlife. Dinner and overnight stay at Aberdare.
Day 4: Aberdare to Lake Nakuru
Morning departure from Aberdare and drive to Lake Nakuru (approximately 2-3 hours). Arrive at Lake Nakuru and check in at your chosen accommodation. Afternoon game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park, known for its flamingos and rhinos. Dinner and overnight stay at Lake Nakuru.
Day 5: Lake Nakuru to Lake Naivasha
Morning game drive in Lake Nakuru for wildlife viewing. After breakfast, depart for Lake Naivasha (approximately 2 hours' drive). Arrive at Lake Naivasha and check in at your chosen accommodation. Afternoon boat safari on Lake Naivasha to enjoy the scenery and birdlife. Dinner and overnight stay at Lake Naivasha.
Day 6: Lake Naivasha to Masai Mara
Depart from Lake Naivasha after breakfast and drive to Masai Mara (approximately 4-5 hours). Arrive at your chosen lodge or camp in time for lunch. Afternoon game drive in Masai Mara to witness the abundant wildlife. Dinner and overnight stay at Masai Mara.
Day 7: Full Day Game Drives in Masai Mara
Embark on a full day of game drives in Masai Mara. Capture the sunrise during an early morning drive and enjoy a packed lunch in the reserve. Explore different regions, including key points like the Mara River known for wildlife crossings. Return to the lodge or camp in the late afternoon for relaxation. Dinner and overnight stay at Masai Mara.
Day 8: Masai Mara to Diani via Nairobi
Enjoy an early morning game drive. Return to the lodge for breakfast and check-out. Depart from Masai Mara and drive back to Nairobi. Arrive in Nairobi in the late afternoon. Transfer to Wilson Airport for your flight to Diani. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your beachfront resort. Dinner and overnight at the resort.
Day 9-11: Diani Beach Stay
The next three days are dedicated to unwinding and enjoying the pristine beaches of Diani. Relax under the tropical sun, take leisurely strolls along the shore, and partake in optional water activities such as snorkeling, diving, or boat excursions. Indulge in the resort's amenities, savor delicious meals, and immerse yourself in the coastal atmosphere. Whether you prefer lounging by the pool, exploring nearby attractions, or engaging in water sports, Diani Beach offers a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. The turquoise waters and white sandy beaches create an idyllic backdrop for your beach stay.
Day 12: Departure from Diani
After breakfast, check-out from your beach resort. Depending on your departure time, you may have some free time to enjoy the beach or engage in any last-minute activities. In the afternoon, you'll be transferred to Ukunda Airstrip for your flight back to Nairobi. Upon arrival in Nairobi, you can either catch your international flight home or proceed with your onward travel plans.
